If you post, upload, or otherwise make available content on the Zootom AI Platform, you grant Zootom Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights to the content you post

The content is accurate and not misleading

The content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws

Third-Party Links

The Zootom AI Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zootom Ltd. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Zootom Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Zootom AI Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Zootom AI Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Zootom AI Platform.

The Zootom AI Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Zootom Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Zootom AI Platform or the information, content, or materials included on the Zootom AI Platform. You expressly agree that your use of the Zootom AI Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zootom Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Zootom Ltd. does not warrant that the Zootom AI Platform, its servers, or e-mail sent from Zootom Ltd. are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Zootom Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Zootom AI Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zootom Ltd. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Zootom Ltd. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Zootom AI Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms means you accept those changes.
